This is not the one from 2007, that one is Trick R Treat. This one stars Skippy from Family Ties, if you remember that TV show. It also has appearances by Gene Simmons and Ozzy Osbourne in small roles.

Trick R Treat (2007) is actually a good Halloween movie.
